ASDI recently installed a $2.5 million dollar, state of the art, climate controlled, liquid handling facility. ASDI can accurately solvate over 50,000 samples per week, formatting stock libraries or your newly-purchased samples into industry standard plates. ASDI may also condense existing plate libraries into 384-well plates or another compression standard. We follow rigorously validated SOP’s, yet remain flexible to meet your custom requirements. ASDI has a
highly trained staff with over 100 yrs. experience in the Pharma industry.

• Sample Solvating – ASDI will solvate your existing samples in DMSO or other solvent.
• Condensing – ASDI will condense your existing plates to 384 well plates or your 384 well plates to another compression standard.
• Plate Creation, Replication & Dotting – ASDI will create 96 or 384 well plates for your screening assays. Existing plates can easily be replicated or dotted (i.e. 0.5 µl, 5 µl, etc) as needed.
• Plate Cherry-Picking – Existing plates can be cherry picked for hit-to-lead confirmation.
• Plate Reformatting – Plates that currently do not fit the standard format can be reformatted to comply with new standard. (e.g. Plates with columns 1, 12 empty can be reformatted to have column 1 empty only.)
• Automated Serial Dilution – ASDI will serial dilute your compounds for concentration response studies in any desired configuration.
